MEDIATION

Our firm is committed to making the divorce process as painless as possible.  Mediation is a process whereby the opposing parties come together to reach a peaceful, acceptable solution.  Kit Petersen mediates cases on a regular basis for individuals without attorneys and in cases in which the parties are represented by other attorneys or firms. Mediation agreements can save the parties thousands of dollars as opposed to litigation and judges encourage mediation whenever possible. Ms. Petersen was named outstanding Family Law Mediator in 2016 by the Family Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association.
